Six Month Update

I can’t believe it, but today we reached the 6 month mark. TIME FLYES BY!

Noah can't sit and crawl yet but is very close. He is wriggling and moving all over the place. If you put him down on one spot he ends up somewhere totally different. He is exploring and playing with all his toys, especially his soft book called Baby Love he got from our friends Lindsey and Mark! He also loves his carrot and his Sophie giraffe. My mom thinks his favorite toy it his "Schnucki". Schnucki is his all natural pacifier - which for him is not a pacifier, it's a toy. He has no idea what to do with a pacifier, he just plays with it, chews on it and it seems to help with teething pain. He constantly moves his way towards toys he wants and is getting quite frustrated if he can't get there fast enough. If you put the MacBook in front of him (when we are on skype with Eric) he starts banging on the keyboard like he’s typing. He loves people and loves faces. He loves to grab at my face and loves to play with my hair. If you smile at him he is smiling right back. He is very interested in my mom's glasses and he tries to get them when there are in reach. Noah is getting pretty vocal. He is saying da da da constantly, also ata ata ata and ta ta ta. So cute! He is in his playpen and talks to all his toys...

6 MONTHS

Weighs 19 lb and 2.88 oz

Height is 28"

Head Circumference is 17.1"

Almost sits up all by himself!

Really wants to crawl! Already lifts up his butt...

Size 4 pampers active

Wears 6-12 month clothes

Still 100% breast feed but we are going to start solids soon

Six teeth! Two bottom, middle. Two top middle and the once right next to the middle, left and right!

Smiles at everyone, all the time - loves attention

Loves to roll and scoot around on the floor, he is really getting mobile

Strangers always comment on how beautiful and good he is

Still doesn't sleep through the night - wakes once, but is not swaddled anymore!

Takes three short naps (morning, lunch and early evening)

Loves toys, prefers the ones mommy is making herself, he also loves tupperware and stuff he can't have like remote controls, paper and magazines...

WE LOVE YOU LITTLE NOAH!
